Service Product Levels

 
We offer two comprehensive Maintenance Plans for our clients. The entry level annual Basic Maintenance Plan and the premium semiannual Prefered Maintenance Plan. The plans offer the protection of a once a year home maintenance evaluation for the Basic and a twice a year home maintenance evaluation for the Prefered Maintenance Plan.
 
Key program benefits:
 
  • Safety: Continuing checks for smoke, fire and carbon monoxide detectors, battery replacement, unit locations and recommendations for new or additional units.
 
  • Security: Exterior door, window and lock hardware conditions. Checks to determine that they are in good working order, lubricated regularly and sugest replacements or improvements. 
 
  • Convenience: Regular spring and fall visits for the Prefered Maintenance Plan. This schedule permits us to evaluate your homes needs and follow up on progressive problems that need to be closely monitored and recommend or schedule an additional service call to repair or replace the troubled item.
 
  • Cost Savings: Preventive maintenance promotes long term savings. Our fall maintenance evaluation visit, for instance, verifies that your outside hose and hose reels are disconnected from the faucets and any inside shut-off valves to the outside faucets are turned off. Also we recommend any additional weatherization steps that should be followed to reduce the chance for frozen and burst pipes.
